Summary:

What we expect from you:

Define the local/regional strategy and develop the plan to maximize the business opportunity with the Bottler´s Senior/Regional.

Manages the day to dayoperations of the franchise incl. marketing, commercial and financial; executes strategies with bottling partners; cooperates with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.

Lead the execution of Strategic Business Priorities, by empowering Bottler´s Senior/Regional Leadership Teams.

Act with discipline to ensure decision making and results tracking to effective management routines across different levels (Senior, functional, workstreams)

Deep market understanding to ensure correct decision making and strategy adjustments/improvements as necessary.

Manages relationships with specific stakeholders i.e. shareholders and senior bottler management.

Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.

Qualification & Requirements  

Engineer, Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration bachelor. MBA Preferred.

10 - 15 years within the Coca Cola System minimum or within the Industry. Desired Marketing and Commercial experience. Recommended Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (Modern, Traditional and On Premise channel).
