El/la Ingeniero/a de Implementación provee soporte técnico a nuestro clientes. Esto incluye apoyo para la instalación y configuración de proyectos, resolución de incidentes, análisis y generación de documentación técnica.What you'll be doing
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
Elaborar y generar ingenierías de Hosting (HLD, LLD, NIP, BOM, Change, KT, SOW, diagramas, gantt) evaluando y considerando aspectos técnicos y económicos que permitan cumplir con las necesidades y estrategias del cliente. Rack & Stack de equipo para los proyectos que tiene NTT, en dependencias de NTT y oficinas de clientes. Realizar actividades de pruebas de equipos en Laboratorios. Configuraciones y actualización de software de equipos de telecomunicaciones. Estudio y certificaciones en base a los proyectos que se trabajen. Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos técnicos. Visitas y trabajos de terreno para instalaciones finales del proyecto. Apoyar el proceso de identificación y solución de problemas.REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES
Estudios de Ingeniería en Redes, Ingeniería Electrónica, Eléctrica o afín. 5+ años de experiencia en posiciones similares. Certificación VMware 8. Inglés nivel intermedio. Disponibilidad para viajar.REQUISITOS DESEABLES
Conocimientos en Horizon VDI.Workplace type:
