Descripción del Puesto:
Como Service Business Consultant Education, serás responsable de la promoción, ventas y coordinación de nuestros servicios educativos. Esto incluye manejar el portafolio de cursos de capacitación y certificación ofrecidos a nuestros clientes y socios. Trabajarás estrechamente con nuestros equipos de ventas, marketing e ingeniería para asegurar una entrega impecable y la satisfacción del cliente.
Responsabilidades Clave:
Desarrollar y promover el portafolio de servicios educativos, incluyendo la venta de cursos y certificaciones.
Generar y gestionar propuestas, interacciones con clientes y actividades de servicio al cliente.
Comprender y comunicar el valor de diferentes segmentos tecnológicos, como seguridad, redes, virtualización y nube.
Planificar y coordinar el calendario de capacitación, incluyendo la programación de cursos, gestión de inscripciones y coordinación con los instructores.
Generar demanda a través de campañas de marketing y colaborar con el equipo de marketing interno para ejecutar estas campañas.
Gestionar pronósticos, backlogs y objetivos comerciales para la unidad de servicios educativos.
Actuar como consultor para socios y equipos internos, asesorando sobre las mejores soluciones de capacitación para satisfacer las necesidades comerciales.
Monitorear y alcanzar las cuotas de ventas y objetivos de margen bruto.
Rastrear e informar sobre indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI), incluyendo el número de propuestas generadas, campañas ejecutadas y visitas a clientes.
Habilidades y Cualificaciones Requeridas:
Experiencia comprobada en ventas, desarrollo de negocios o un campo relacionado, preferiblemente en el sector de TI.
Fuertes habilidades comerciales con la capacidad de generar y gestionar propuestas de ventas.
Comprensión básica de tecnologías de TI y la capacidad de aprender sobre nuevos productos y servicios.
Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y gestión de clientes.
Proactivo y auto-motivado con fuertes habilidades organizativas.
Antecedentes técnicos o educación son ventajosos, pero no requeridos.
Experiencia Preferida:
Experiencia a nivel intermedio en un rol similar.
Familiaridad con el panorama de capacitación y certificación en TI.
Experiencia trabajando con servicios educativos o programas de capacitación.
