JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

You will be a core member in the Colombia & Chile team, being an expert in Offline Shelf. Your main objective will be to ensure all Mars products (Pet Nutrition and Confectionery) have a best-in-class visibility in offline point of sales, to increase the shopper conversion. To do this, you will be confident in collaborating closely with multiple teams: Sales, Marketing, Partner Agencies, Regional Teams, among others. Your role will cover Chile´s market in offline channels.

What are we looking for?

Professional Degree in Business, Economics, Administration or equivalent.

2+Years professional experience working with leading multi- functional teams for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries

English speaking to a medium/advanced level.

Ability to drive strategy and change, while implementing, analysing and reporting on numerous concurrent projects.

Ability to navigate well in ambiguity.

Proactive and go getter mentality.

Analytical skills, to make data driven decisions & find opportunities.

Assessment of market landscape and competition

Experience with Project management and stake holder influence.

Works independently and receives instruction, guidance and direction with general supervision

What will be your key responsibilities?

Analysis of the executional KPIs (distribution, content, executional metrics, for the offline channels, to detect opportunities and support action plans.

Drive Perfect Store insights into actions.

Keep the Picture Of Success updated to the business priorities.

Keep stakeholders trained on Perfect Store.

Keep Sales & Merchandiser team focus on Perfect Store mindset, to deliver our goals.

The role is a key link between Mars and the Merchandiser Partner Agency.

Lead periodic meetings with agencies & Mars sales teams.
