Your day at NTT DATA

El/la Ingeniero/a de Implementación L2 (Hosting) provee soporte técnico a nuestros clientes. Esto incluye apoyo para la instalación y configuración de proyectos, resolución de incidentes, revisión de documentación técnica, prestación de apoyo en los variados proyectos, generación de entregables y diseño y validación de la arquitectura de red del cliente. Además, se encarga de la configuración de equipos de hosting e infraestructura, teniendo en cuenta la implementación de estos y diseñando la infraestructura-hosting según los requerimientos del cliente.

What you'll be doing

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Participación en proyectos tecnológicos generando documentación técnica (HLD, LLD, BOM, Configuraciones), asegurando la factibilidad técnica, en coordinación con todas las especialidades involucradas. Participar en el proceso de change management (CAB) Brindar asesoramiento experto sobre la arquitectura de hosting, virtualización y respaldo de las soluciones de los proveedores y su alineación con los estándares de cliente para seleccionar la alternativa más adecuada. Apoyar el proceso de identificación y solución de problemas técnicos de la especialidad técnica en conjunto con cliente. Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos de cliente, en cuanto a aspectos técnicos y de seguridad.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

Estudios de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad y Redes, Electrónica, Eléctrica mención telecomunicaciones, Informática o afines. + 5 años en adelante en cargos similares orientados a Hosting, diseño e implementación (Excluyente) Inglés nivel Intermedio - avanzado (B2 - C1, a nivel conversacional, escrito y lectura.) (Será evaluado) (Excluyente)

REQUISITOS DESEABLES

Certificación en avamar, datadomain, vxblock y/o experiencia en vxrail (Deseable) Certificación de VMware (Deseable) Conocimientos de redes OT (Deseable)
