Field Service Engineer / Ingeniero de Servicios

En ANDRITZ Chile estamos buscando a Field Service Engineer, que será principalmente responsable de asistir técnicamente a los clientes internos y externos en los distintos tipos de equipos de su línea de producto asignado, entregando asesoría en la operación, mantención, repuestos y upgrade, entregando soporte y presencia en planta o instalaciones de los clientes para garantizar su fidelización y satisfacción.

Tareas Principales:

• Realizar tareas de asistencia mecánica y servicio técnico en terreno, analizando las condiciones es de los equipos, ejecutando los procedimientos de trabajo asociados al servicio, y realizando mediciones y pruebas técnicas de maquinaria en funcionamiento; para lograr cumplir con los alcances del servicio y conformidad del cliente.

• Generar informes de servicios técnicos.

• Gestionar de manera eficiente los recursos asignados.

• Elaborar, desarrollar y participar en los requerimientos administrativos del servicio, definidos en el marco normativo (antes, durante y al término del servicio).

• Participar de todas las actividades de seguridad programadas por la empresa tales como charlas, inducciones, capacitaciones, campañas y dar cumplimiento estricto a toda normativa, standard o procedimiento aplicable en la empresa en mantener la salud, seguridad y medio ambiente, así como también, las propias de cada proyecto/servicio.

• Llevar a cabo todas las demás funciones anexas o relacionadas con las anteriores.

Requisitos:

• Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o afín.

• Experiencia de al menos 5 años en maquinaria de peletizado de biomasa o peletizado/extrusión de alimento balanceado/pet food.

• Vivir entre Santiago y Concepción.

• Disponibilidad para viajar constantemente a las dependencias de los clientes

Competencias:

• Microsoft Office.

• Procesos industriales.

• Inglés intermedio.

• Licencia de conducir B.

• Interpretación y lectura de planos en CAD o sistema similar.
