Job Description

Atmospheric Science

Blueprint operates at the intersection of high-potential clean-tech companies, capital providers and the knowledge infrastructure the market currently lacks.

The initiative focuses on building the tools, proof base, knowledge base and connections that make early industrial-stage projects investable.

About the Engagement Manager Role

The Engagement Manager will lead the initiative’s external presence and stakeholder reach as a key relationship builder and ecosystem scout.

The successful candidate will own the execution of Blueprint’s communications tools, event programming and partnership activities.

The role will identify, activate and manage partnerships and tools that provide reach, credibility and operational leverage across investors, corporates, development finance institutions, industry associations and the broader clean-tech ecosystem.

The position requires ownership of both strategic opportunities and executional delivery, with the ability to operate autonomously, learn quickly, close loops and drive delivery independently.

The Engagement Manager will work closely with the Finance Lead and Technical Lead and report directly to the Executive Director.

Ecosystem Activation, Events & Communications

  • Participate in the research, selection and inbound process for cohort companies.
  • Support companies with dedicated communications, marketing and partnership expertise.
