Job Title: Commercial Advisor / Sales Advisor (Asesor Comercial)
Department: Sales / Commercial
Reports To: Sales Manager / Commercial Director
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Commercial Advisor to join our sales team. The primary responsibility is to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client portfolios, and offering tailored solutions that meet the client's needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive negotiator with a strong service orientation and a hunter mentality.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Prospecting:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Generate leads and follow up on referrals and existing client recommendations.
- Portfolio Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Conduct periodic follow-up meetings to assess client satisfaction and offer additional products/services (Cross-selling & Up-selling).
- Sales Process:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Draft, review, and finalize commercial proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.
- Customer Service:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting & Strategy:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, calls, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Requirements & Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Soft
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish (and English, depending on the company’s market).
