For the HOYER Group, we are looking for a HR Trainee in Santiago (Chile) who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to creating a positive employee experience in a multinational environment. ## Your responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assist with employee documentation and HR administration
- Help create and distribute internal communications
- Support employee engagement, wellness and corporate events
- Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate communications
- Assist with training programs and learning initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, presentations and employee metrics
- Participate in local and regional HR projects ## Your skills
- Currently enrolled in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications or related field
- Intermediate to Advanced English
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Interest in People & Culture and employee experience
- Comfortable in a multicultural environment ##
