As a Senior Elixir Engineer, you will build real-time, concurrent backends using the Elixir language and the Phoenix framework. You will leverage functional programming principles to design and maintain scalable systems that handle complex business logic and high-traffic workloads with ease.

What You'll Do
• Design and develop robust backend services and APIs using Elixir, Phoenix, and Ecto.
• Implement high-concurrency, real-time features using LiveView, GenServers, and OTP patterns.
• Architect and optimize database schemas and complex queries within PostgreSQL environments.
• Ensure system reliability and fault tolerance by utilizing Erlang/OTP supervision trees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ensure high engineering standards across the development lifecycle. What We Are Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, specifically with Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Proven expertise in building real-time, concurrent backends using OTP patterns and GenServers.
• Deep understanding of functional programming principles and data modeling with Ecto and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in developing modern interactive web applications using Phoenix LiveView.
• Strong background in designing scalable and distributed systems with a focus on fault tolerance.
