Senior Scrum Master, Cybersecurity at BairesDev As a Senior Scrum Master in Cybersecurity, you will champion Agile methodologies within our security engineering environment. You will guide cross-functional teams toward optimized delivery pipelines, ensuring that critical security initiatives and technical workflows progress smoothly and predictably without friction.

What You'll Do
Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies, tailoring agile practices to the unique demands of a security engineering environment. Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to increase maturity, collaboration, and self-organization. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate operational risks and impediments to keep sprints moving efficiently. Support backlog refinement and manage key delivery metrics to ensure high-quality and predictable software increments. Foster transparent and continuous communication across technical teams and business stakeholders. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within cybersecurity or security engineering environments. Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum facilitation and coaching cross-functional teams. Strong hands-on experience with backlog management, tracking delivery metrics, and managing risks and impediments.
