We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join a leading organization with regional operations in South America. This role will be responsible for coordinating Customer Service and Outbound Logistics operations, while driving Customer Excellence initiatives across Chile, Colombia, Peru and Argentina. The position plays a key role in service levels, customer satisfaction and logistics efficiency, working closely with Commercial, Planning, Transportation, 3PL and other Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate Customer Service and Outbound Logistics activities, ensuring appropriate service levels and operational efficiency.
• Drive Customer Excellence initiatives across South America and promote a customer-centric culture.
• Act as a key Supply Chain point of contact for customers on non-commercial matters.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing, prioritization and follow-up of customer orders.
• Monitor key service and logistics indicators, including CFR, OTIF, returns and order execution.
• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly routines with Sales, Transportation and 3PL partners to ensure effective purchase order execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation costs, outbound efficiency and logistics processes.
• Support inventory management practices, including FEFO and Supply Chain loss controls.
• Ensure compliance with established processes, policies and internal controls.
• Support improvements and controls within SAP and Customer Excellence processes.
• Develop and improve procedures to increase the efficiency of Customer Supply Chain operations.
• Ensure the quality and timely availability of relevant customer and distributor information. What are we looking for? We are looking for a professional with experience in Customer Service, Customer Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash and/or Outbound Logistics, ideally within a fast-paced or multinational environment. Key skills and knowledge:
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Experience with SAP OTC
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of EDI, Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools
• Experience working with customer service and logistics KPIs
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
