Full-Stack Engineer (React + Ruby on Rails) at BairesDev In this role, you'll join a product engineering team working on a large-scale platform, collaborating across disciplines rather than on one side of the stack. You'll bring sound engineering judgment to a system that keeps growing, and help shape how it scales and evolves.

What You'll Do
• Build and maintain full-stack features using React and Ruby on Rails.
• Design APIs with an API-first approach, using GraphQL and REST.
• Contribute to the architecture of distributed, microservices-based systems.
• Optimize system and database performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teammates. What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications with React and Ruby on Rails.
• Background developing large-scale systems.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with API design, including GraphQL and RESTful services.
