Senior PLM Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a client-facing, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior PLM Analyst to join our PLM Support Team. The selected candidate will prepare, validate, and maintain structured product data; support PLM execution and approval workflows; and collaborate with R&D, PLM COE, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality and enable timely delivery across the engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage data harmonization and validate source information.
• Use approved AI-assisted extraction and Microsoft tools to accelerate document review and data preparation while maintaining confidentiality and quality controls.
• Manage product-data setup and updates, from scoping through technical transfer.
• Populate and maintain formulation, packaging, specification, and supporting product data accurately and on time.
• Perform completeness checks, investigate data-quality issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Create and maintain PLM maps that support future PDF-based documentation generation.
• Route change actions for approval, track status, and follow up proactively to reduce delays and avoidable rework.
• Support supplier outreach for missing specifications or supporting information and document unresolved gaps.
• Maintain trackers and provide clear progress, risk, dependency, and issue updates to Evalueserve and client stakeholders.
• Identify risks early, propose practical solutions, and contribute to workflow, documentation, and quality improvements. Core Competencies

• Experience with Enovia PLM or a comparable product lifecycle management platform.
• Experience supporting consumer goods, R&D, product development, packaging development, regulatory, quality, or technical services environments.
• Experience with specification management, formulations, packaging components, bills of materials, change actions, or approval workflows.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PLM data governance, quality controls, and process documentation.
