Senior AI & Python Engineer at BairesDev As a Senior AI & Python Engineer, you will design, develop, and scale production-grade artificial intelligence systems. You will play a pivotal role in engineering intelligent applications, ensuring that advanced machine learning models and language processing pipelines are seamlessly integrated into reliable, high-performance backends.

What You'll Do
• Architect and construct robust backend applications and AI-driven workflows.
• Integrate complex language models and orchestration frameworks into production environments.
• Design and deploy scalable pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation and intelligent agent workflows.
• Implement automated MLOps practices to monitor, evaluate, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable cloud deployments. What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Python development and building production-grade AI systems.
• Strong experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and agentic or model orchestration frameworks.
• Solid hands-on experience in API development and implementing MLOps workflows.
• Experience with cloud deployment, evaluation, and observability of AI solutions.
