On behalf of Huawei Technologies, we are looking for an HR Specialist – Fresh Graduate.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Specialist located in Santiago, Chile. The HR Specialist will support a broad range of Human Resources activities, working closely with the local business and regional HR teams.
This position is ideal for a fresh graduate who is highly motivated to develop a long-term career in Human Resources within a global technology company. The role will provide exposure to different HR processes, employee management, HR operations, and business support activities.
Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day HR activities and processes across the organization.
• Work closely with business teams to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate support.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
• Assist with employee-related processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support HR reporting, documentation, and data management.
• Collaborate with local and regional HR teams on different HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and policies.
• Use Chinese and English in daily communication with internal stakeholders and regional teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026
• 0–2 years of professional experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills
• Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus, but not mandatory Working
