Semi Senior Process Engineer

Spoiler: This is where your next big move begins. 100% Remote | Chile | Full-Time | 3-Month Project What this Journey Looks Like At Pearster, we are looking for a Semi Senior Process Engineer to join a project for one of our international clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in process analysis, mapping, and documentation, with a strong ability to understand business operations, identify workflows, and translate business requirements into clear process documentation. This role will focus on analyzing and documenting current-state (AS-IS) processes and collaborating closely with a Solution Architect to define and document future-state (TO-BE) processes. Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but the key requirement is a solid background in business process analysis and documentation. What You'll Lead and Build
• Conduct meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather information and understand current operations.
• Analyze, map, and document existing business processes and workflows (AS-IS).
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to design and document future-state processes (TO-BE).
• Develop clear process flowcharts, diagrams, and supporting documentation.
• Gather, organize, and document business requirements to support process transformation initiatives.
• Ensure process documentation is accurate, structured, and aligned with business needs.
• Support communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project. What You Bring to the Table
• Proven experience in AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping and documentation (Must).
• At least 3 years of experience in process engineering, business process analysis, or similar roles (Must).
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, workflow analysis, and documentation techniques.
• Experience working with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or similar.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate complex business processes into clear documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working alongside Solution Architects or technical teams.
• Salesforce knowledge or experience (Nice to have).
• Availability to work full-time for a 3-month project (Must).
