**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Responsible of SOCO Innovation & Commercialization Agenda, for all countries in SOCO (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay), leading a team with 4 directs reports (Arg & Chile) and approx. 90 projects per year, overseeing the innovation process implementation from idea to go-to-market of the innovation and beyond innovation agenda, through the compliance of Stage Gate Process. Beyond the innovation projects includes Revenue Management/Packprice/White-spaces, WWP (Performance with Purpose), Value Engeeniering, Brand Activation, Reformulation and Supply Chain (Borderless).

- Cross-functional project management, overseeing project phases (based on stage gate methodology) to flawless execute new products launches, productivities, pricing, promotion, regulatory and reformulation projects in market consumer products, focused on product quality, customer satisfaction, looking for reaching markets faster and increasing profits.
- Leadership qualities to work with and lead both a direct & cross-functional team, providing support and engaging with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, R&D areas to translate commercial needs according business plan, ensuring projects are executed to agreed KPIs across project management, forecasting and profitability.
- Empowerment and business owner approach in leading project teams and meetings with strong communication skills to work across multiple Business Units & stakeholders.
- Problem solver and ability to strategically frame opportunity and share learnings across wide group of stakeholders, managing multiple milestones in a constantly change environment, reporting KPIs metrics and project execution to articulate a long term vision.
- Empower team & Inspire others, with the ability to engage broad range of stakeholders through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentation.
- Responsible for delivering E2E solutions for all iniciative in a profitable and agile way.
- Give visibility to EXCOMM and cross-functional teams of key innovations KPIs (Speed to Market, On Time, Hit Rate, others), ensure Innovation contribution to growth.
- Build and assess an Innovation Scorecard to measure Innovation performance for the next 6 months after launch, taking accountability to make necessary adjustments according to each Project to upport business growth.
- Own Project timelines and proactively communicate status and risks when needed.
- Build together with Categories the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Plan) for Innovation, Revenue Management/Packprice/White-spaces, WWP (Performance with Purpose), Value Engeeniering, Brand Activation, Reformulation and Supply Chain (Borderless).
- Prepare and Coordinate Cheetah Meetings to obtain ExComm approval for all initiatives according to the Stage Gate process.
- Generate Portfolio Management Reports and Innovation Results Dashbord. Ensure 100% of initiatives are uploaded in MyInnovation (Innovation Software) including key deliverables in order to comply with Latam monthly audits.
- Ensure the compliance of annual KPIs including Net Revenue and On Time Launches.
- Be the embasador of the new EOTF mindset, assuring the compliance of the create vs deploy model and the Fewer, Bigger better mindset for innovation.
- Team management optimizing resource planning according to each Project.
- Manage Innovation Commercialization team in and develop its members through PepsiCo talent management processes and people core processes.
