**Responsibilities**:

- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Maintain high software quality standards within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Assist in defining and developing user stories, estimates, and work plans.
- Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
- Package and support deployment of releases.
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide support to business users.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a full stack developer with proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience in a Software Development Team Lead, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and quality standards.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems effectively.
- Experience with integration libraries and deployment processes.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
