**Engineering Manager**:
**Desafíos del cargo**:

- Gestionar el rendimiento del equipo:

- Revisar el avance del trabajo del equipo (p.ej avance sprint)
- Preparar/liderar reuniones de seguimiento y aprendizaje del equipo (por ejemplo dailys, retrospectivas de sprint)
- Presentar los resultados del equipo
- Generar implementar y analizar el impacto de iniciativas para la mejora del rendimiento del equipo
- Gestionar el rendimiento, entregar feedback, definir/ajustar remuneraciones y analizar avance en relación al plan de carrera sobre el equipo de desarrollo.
- Planificar el trabajo del equipo, participando en la creación de roadmaps y en la revisión disponibilidad y asignación de recursos para cumplir con los objetivos de negocio
- Participar en la detección de necesidades de staffing y en la búsqueda y selección de los integrantes del equipo.
- Gestionar el soporte interno del equipo a través de gestionar las iniciativas de soporte (superhéroe), así como su metodología de trabajo y rendimiento
- Dar soporte de tareas administrativas respecto a los integrantes, como la aprobación de permisos y vacaciones o la gestión de contrataciones, licencias o desvinculaciones.

**¿Qué Buscamos?**:

- Requisitos:
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en Desarrollo de Software.
- Al menos 2 años de experiência liderando equipos técnicos.
- Título en Ingeniería en computación o carrera a fin.
- Experiência liderando equipos a través de metodologías ágiles (SCRUM, Kanban, Shape-Up, etc).
