Designs the long term ambition of the area with its main strategic pillars, tactics and roadmaps. Agrees and communicates the vision with internal stakeholders.
- Feels comfortable with proactive and immediate reactive communication with all stakeholders. Must organize the team, with clear roadmaps, RACIs and Project Management, whilst aligning expectations with internal clients. Presents and discusses ideas/projects at Senior level.
- Responsible for the Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence platform that serve South Cone, with main commercial areas integrated and key SMT variables included. Automation of workflows and BAUs.
- Using business & clinical knowledge, takes advantage of Data Science expertise to identify opportunities to gather & structure data, and provide insights based on mining (machine learning and other algorithms) to Business Leaders.
- Reduces data analysis complexity by deploying accurate, consistent and simple reports to stakeholders that are bullet-proof because of strong and clear governance models.
- Train internal stakeholders to understand platforms and data projects, fosters a culture of data in the organization.
- Proficient in Sales Force Effectiveness in Pharma settings (Targeting & Segmentation process and model, KPIs, Veeva CRM, Medical Samples management).
- Subject-matter expert in terms of Data Privacy and other Compliance/Legal/NomSig data norms, in terms of researching, gathering, cleaning, mining and reporting. Accountable for assuring all data in South Cone is managed within Compliance framework, with updated SOPs.
- Market Research responsible, both in terms of internal and 3rd party projects.
Vendor and procurement ownership for every project in scope.
