**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**
As LATAM Marketing Automation & AI Specialist, you will have the opportunity to leverage your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here, you will create impact by:

- Cross-functional collaboration: Working with Communications, UX, Technology, and other areas to understand customer needs and execute integrated campaigns across digital media, traditional channels, events, and internal communications.
- Omnichannel strategies: Designing and implementing campaigns using platforms like Infobip, Salesforce, and Eloqua.
- Automation and conversational AI: Coordinating chatbots, voicebots, and virtual assistants aligned with business objectives.
- eCommerce and digital presence support: Assisting with content uploads, conversion pixel tracking, and ensuring a website experience aligned with the global omnichannel strategy.
- Innovation and continuous improvement: Constantly identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and strategically adopt new technologies.

**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Digital Communication, Data Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technology marketing, automation, or platform integration with proven experience in digital marketing and technology automation in FMCG or entrepreneurial ventures, showcasing concrete success cases.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Infobip, Twilio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua, among others.
- Experience in implementing chatbots and generative AI solutions.
- Fluent in English

**Work location**:Hybrid Eligible - this position can be located in Mexico, Colombia or Chile.

**Travel**:May include up to 35% (domestic/international)
