Mainstream Renewable Power is a leading developer of renewable energy projects worldwide focusing on onshore and offshore wind projects as well as emerging renewable technologies. Mainstream will construct and operate renewable energy assets globally and is committed to delivering its projects to the highest safety standards.

**What are we looking for?**

Support the Business Development Opportunities in Chile, Colombia and potentially other markets across LATAM and Central America, through adquisition and divestment executions. Driving deal-making, corporate review, corporate approval and execution of the transactions, in order to strengthen MRP's position in the market, ensuring shareholders investments strategies.

**What Challenges will you face?**
- Support and seek Business Development opportunities in Chile and Colmbia.
- Prepare and take responsability for structural integrity and functionality of models including accounting, tax and regulatory requirements of various global markets.
- Lead the analysis of potential opportunities, running different investments scenarios, identifying new opportunities and synergies, preparing valuations of projects and companies.
- Support or lead the due diligence processes of the potential opportunities.
- Execute the presentations and reports regarding the approval process of the opportunities.
- Execute and support on the negotiations of transaction documents.
- Design and prepare tools of market intelligence.Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop innovative solutions and optimize business development opportunities.

**What knowledge do you require?**
Educational, knowledge and experience background
- Business Engineering por similar degree.
- Strong financial knowledge.
- +4 years of experience in similar position.Excellent IT skills, including experience with MS Office package and SharePoint.

**Language skills**

Fluent in English and Spanish.

**Other Skills**
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Suite (Excel in particular).
- An eye for detail and proactive approach to analysis, intellectual curiosity good mathematical skills.
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information for decision making.
Strong communication skills.

**Willing to travel**:
Flexibility to travel as required.
