**Objective**:
This position reports to the Director LATAM operations and is expected to lead operations and maintenance services in Chile.

Continue to create and expand services meeting and exceeding KPI and expectations.

Responsible for operations and maintenance sites creating value through optimize resources and increasing the productivity.

Leading and adapting the operations and maintenance under Manufacturer Resource Planning (MRP).

Continually enhance our SPACE values and safety-first approach.

**Essential Duties**:

- Design and execute the maintenance plans correctives activities and transactional services.
- Must interact with the Asset Manager (client side).
- Search for technical improvements in sites and report through presentations of value creation actions to clients.
- Compliance with the O&M budget.
- Lead the EHS culture.
- Accurately meet safety standards and high-quality focus.
- Work in partnerships with company operations manager around the world.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned related to the tasks and competences of the role.
- 50% timing working must be in the fields.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ year´s experience in Managerial role in large electrical plants.
- 5+ year´s experience maintaining and troubleshooting power electronic equipment electrical power substations working with MRP systems.
- 2+ year´s experience formal technical trainings of electronics and medium/high voltage systems training.
- Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization, as well as outside customers and vendors.
- Ability to work and make decisions with mínimal or no supervision using a safety first and customer focused mindset.
- Ability to work under high pressure situations.
- Organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Health conditions should address the position which include work in high altitude over 2000 mts over sea level.
- Engineering Bachelor Degree
- Advanced/Fluent in English and Spanish
- Driver’s License B Class
