**REGIONAL IT BP SPECIALIST**:

- Santiago, Chile**YOUR MISSION**: -Support continuous improvement for connected IT systems. Manage & control test labs and IT systems.
-Provide input and support the development of Training materials & technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer between IT teams.
-Support in the definition of technical requirements based on business needs. Participate in projects within LATAM and help to define solutions to meet business needs.
-Communication and coordination with internal and external business partners and business stakeholders
-Main point of contact between Global IT Support teams and LATAM.

**YOUR TALENT**:
At least 2 years of work experience in IT, similar positions.
-Fluent in English is a must.
-Successfully completed studies in the field of IT or similar
-System administration and scripting language is required (sFTP, ETL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle SQL, PowerShell, etc.)
-High level analytical and problem-solving mindset & hands-on mentality
-Good communication skills and strong team player, with the ability to easily and effectively interact with business stakeholders and business partners.
-Knowledge of managing POS system(s) is welcomed
-Experience in Software Development methodologies and frontend & backend processes in Retail/Wholesale is a plus.
