Consultant, Santiago de Chile

You will join Region Americas From our office in Santiago de Chile, we also cover Argentina, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay - known as the Southern Cone. We have a fantastic team in place and this is a truly exciting time to join.

The office in Chile drives large promotion projects within Mining, Healthcare and Transport as well as private assignment for small and large companies. The projects include market analysis, stakeholder analysis and engagement, market entry and growth strategies, and similar. The variety of assignments and the high level of responsibility make the work truly dynamic and challenging.

**What do we expect from you as a Consultant?**

As Consultant at Business Sweden your job will encompass a diverse range of tasks. You will be part of different project teams delivering consulting and promotion assignments within the portfolio of projects offered by Business Sweden to support Swedish companies in their international growth.

You will also be involved in client dialogues, executing problem solving analysis and developing proposals. Therefore, experience in conducting sales of services is meriting.

We are looking for someone with high analytical skills together with an aptitude for navigating the challenging local business landscapes of the Latin American countries we work with. To thrive in this position, we believe you will have the ability to interact with both government and private sector stakeholders, demonstrating an ability to influence, gain trust and build relationships to provide results through collaboration.

The role is based in Santiago de Chile, but you will be expected to work with our teams and clients around the world, as required.

**Formal requirements**
- A higher academic degree within Business Administration and/or Engineering (Preferably Master or MBA)
- A minimum of 1,5 years of relevant experience from management consulting or a business development role
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish

**Desirable requirements**
- Proficiency in Swedish is meriting
- Experience from working or studying abroad is meriting
- Experience from sales of advisory services (problem solving, scoping, etc.) is meriting
