- Job description**Total Rewards Associate Consultant**

Korn Ferry is seeking an associate consultant within our Total Rewards area, with a focus on compensation. who will work on team projects with interns and colleagues in the sales area to deliver customized solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. This position plays a major role in the organization in helping clients determine whether within their organization they provide benefits and salaries that are equitable and competitive with the labor market.

The associate consultant will develop, communicate, and implement salary survey data for the inclusion of a base salary, bonuses, and incentives in the Korn Ferry marketplace Leading compensation (rewards) benchmarking database.

**Key responsibilities**
- Follow up with clients to participate in compensation and benefits surveys.
- Support customers with the data submission process and verify the data directly with them.
- Conduct a market review independently, to identify outliers in the overall database and work with the team leader or senior team members to determine actions to take.
- Perform standard quality checks for industry reports, working with the team leader/senior team members for pre-publication approval.
- Perform data extraction and database analysis to meet the market information needs of customers, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Assist with the implementation of wage surveys for a wide range of industry sectors, including data collection, data analysis, data interpretation and delivery of results.
- Navigate a wide variety of existing processes, procedures, and precedents to identify data and identify potential responses.
- Track and update customer information in customer relationship management.
- Prepare presentations and client reports.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience (1 - 2 years) Managing compensation initiatives (required).
- Typically, a bachelor's degree with work experience in a top-tier professional services firm (in a professional services firm, consulting or within the HR design department or organizations, provided services related to human capital) and/or a HR function to the client.
- Develop experience (depth and breadth) and consulting skills, i.e., customer relations, impact, and business knowledge.
- English (Intermediate) and fluent Spanish (skilled in both writing and verbally, making presentations and speaking fluently).
- Analytical skills, coupled with a solid background in Excel (required)
