Responsible for attending depositions, verify interrogatories & file review as well attend trial (When required)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend depositions, verify interrogatories, attend trials when needed
- Properly follow company process and procedures as well the proper review of claim files & claims systems.
- Provide daily feedback regarding Depositions / Interrogatories as well team meetings.
- Responsible to complete their daily activities.
- Work with in-house counsel and outside defense counsel when required to complete job duties.
- Assist with the verification of Interrogatories, Expert interrogatories, and affidavits (When required)
- Have regular and reliable work ethics as well following the process & Procedures.
- Adhere to policies and procedures of employee handbook.

- Strong ability to develop and maintain constructive, cooperative, positive, and trusting working relationships with others.
