**Seeking HR Project Manager for a Dream Remote Job**

**This role is 100% remote work.** You’re expected to work full time, 40 hours per week, hours required during 2:00pm - 5:30pm PDT.

**Here are some examples of your expected workload & objectives**:
**Recruiting and Onboarding**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal staff hiring, from staff-level to managerial roles
- Open sourcing channels in Asia, Latin America, and North America
- Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, as well as working with hiring managers to build their 90-day plan

**Human Resources**
- Act as the main point of contact of the team for any HR-related issues or queries
- Process payroll creation from Airtable and releasing the payments via Wise
- Update the team database in Airtable whenever necessary
- Approve reimbursements and time-offs
- Handle HR-related grievances and escalations

**Project Coordination and Documentation**
- Support the Operations Director in running projects using the EOS method
- Drive the team to fill out their project plan in Airtable in a timely manner
- Spearhead SOP creation and maintenance across all departments

**General Administration**
- Monitor software budgeting and expenses
- Process reimbursements of community members

**Reporting**
- Creation of sourcing, recruitment, and funneling reports
- Creation of handover report of new hires
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, or related field
- Strong background in HR, administration, and project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Moderate technical experience with tools such as (Excel, Clickup, Facebook, & more)
- Ability to work independently to debug a problem
- Understanding of e-commerce business objectives
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and adjust to feedback
- A great personality with a genuine desire to learn and grow

**The salary & benefits package**:

- **$1500/month as a freelance independent contractor**
