- Thorough applied technical knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with AIX Operating Systems (Hardware, Software). Capable of performing installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 5 years of field experience in customer support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A good command of report writing and presentation skills**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Making technical decisions in complex projects to solve customer’s critical problems
- Making technical recommendations to decision makers in a written form
- Delivering technical messages with confidence using presentation tools
- Hands-on experience in Linux system management
- Proficient in Shell scripting**Required Education**
