This position forms part of Evalueserve Chile’s Digital Marketing division and is within a multicultural, supportive, and cross-functional team that provides direct business intelligence support and end-to-end data pipeline solutions to clients across the Marketing industry, mainly in the Americas and Europe. We'll trust you to:
- Lead and mentor a team of highly performing consultants who provide valuable strategy insights to customers and help them to meet business objectives
- Establish a leadership ecosystem where cross-functional teams self-manage the synthesizing of large-scale data sets to generate insights and drive change
- Build a culture of experimentation and innovation
- Implement a leadership pipeline with clarity on accountabilities across different passages of seniority
- Collaborate with Senior client stakeholders, understand their business requirements and be self-driven to track and make transparent new areas for growth
- Own succession plans, career paths, revenue reporting and invoicing
- Strategically cultivate client relationships and offer value-driven solutions that derive benefit to Evalueserve
- Support the analytics needs of a business unit that analyzes web traffic using clickstream tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Recognize and observe emerging trends, opportunities and threats from changes in Search, Social and the wider Analytics landscape
- Investigate and understand the opportunities of where A/B testing, MVT or experience targeting may be required and analyze the success of tests that have been running
- Build and develop a team of Digital Analytics specialists through hiring, coaching and the implementation of a Marketing Science Program

What you bring to the role:
Undergraduate degree and the following skills and focus areas:
- 5+ years of consulting, data product development, or marketing/data analytics experience
- Excellent English communication
- 3-5 years of experience in web analytics, working with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
We'd love to see (Nice to have):
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI
- Experience with SQL, Python, jQuery, Java Script, Tag Manager implementation
- Agile certification or experience (Agile Leader, Product Owner, Scrum Master)
- Knowledge of DataOps
- Knowledge of eCommerce customer journeys, Marketing Automation or Customer Data Platform tools
- Inferential or other Statistical background
- Data Pipeline Experience in Cloud Environments
- Excellent presentation skills
