We are seeking for a sharp, team-oriented, tech savvy and organized person with strong analytical skills. This is an opportunity to work with a world class operations team on the daily functions that drive our business.

What you'll do day in day out_**:
The Performance Lead is the owner of all performance information on our driver base. She/he will capture, adjust and store performance metrics from different sources, and manipulate it to define driver rankings and the amount of bonuses to be made.

Performance Lead will also be responsible for adjusting performance and compensation schemes in order to align them with business objectives. This role is highly strategic, as it impacts both performance and costs.

Finally, she/he will be in a key position to provide timely feedback and insights on driver performance both for management and hiring purposes.
- Obtain performance information from our databases and other information sources
- Identify reasons for underperformance in shifts
- Create and maintain driver scores and ratings
- Calculate and communicate bonuses
- Analyze and derive insights from the performance information
- Evaluate performance and compensation schemes and propose improvements
- Resolve driver adjustment requests
- What you need to have_
- 2-4 years of experience in operations and analytical roles
- Excellent spreadsheet skills
- Basic SQL knowledge and the willingness to master it
- Experience with compensation or performance schemes is a plus
- Assertive Communicator
- Business oriented. Understanding of Performance Management importance to drive results
