HR Business Partner Senior (Fixed-Term Contract)

**Your new role**
- As a Human Resources Business Partner Sr. _(_Fixed-Term Contract_)_, you will:
- Oversee HR business partnering, employee relations, training, and development to ensure alignment with organisational goals.-
- Set and execute strategies for people processes across the affiliate, including talent acquisition, internship programmes, onboarding, development, talent and succession planning, leadership, engagement, culture, DEIB, and internal communication.-
- Manage employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment, including driving engagement surveys and action plans, addressing workplace issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.-
- Design and implement initiatives to support talent development and succession planning, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organisation.-
- Lead and manage the P&O Analyst position (direct report).**Your new department**

**Your skills and qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field; postgraduate education is a plus.-
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in areas such as Onboarding, Development, Talent & Succession, Engagement, Culture, and Internal Communications.-
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.-
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities to drive HR initiatives effectively.-
