Due to the global nature of the role, it's essential for you to be flexible to accommodate other time zones.

Key responsibilities:

- ** Develop and Post Job Ads**: Write and publish role advertisements on LinkedIn and other job boards.
- ** Role Briefings**:Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements.
- ** Background & Reference Checks**:Conduct regional background and reference checks as required.
- ** Psychometric Testing**:Administer psychometric tests and provide support to hiring managers in interpreting results.

**Qualifications**
Required Skills/abilities:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal english.
- Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent customer management abilities.
- Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to DEI.
- Effective decision-making and prioritization skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Knowledge of local employment legislation.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish being an asset.

**Education**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business administration, Marketing or similar experience
