This is a hybrid role and can be based in either Chile, Brazil, Colombia or Mexico.
- Reporting to the Leader of Talent Acquisition for CAE America's, the Recruiter will be responsible for functions within the end to end recruitment process supporting a portfolio of Business Groups.
- Keep up to date on emerging trends, technologies and recruitment strategies that will improve the current process and positively impact the recruitment function. Share this information with the Recruitment team.
**Experience**:
- 50% sourcing - 50% interviewing ( a “sourcing specialist”)
- Proven experience as a Hunter, direct sourcing through cold calls and other TA tools.
- Previous Human Resource experience with work in recruitment.
- Comfortable managing work through ATS and facilitating system use.
- Has to use different formula (booleans operators) to search relevant info on the internet: ex, find the equivalent positions in other companies.
- Experience sourcing and hiring global roles.
- Advanced English / Spanish required.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pudahuel, Región Metropolitana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
