**Responsibilities**: - Identifies process efficiencies in support of unit objectives; recommends new work procedures. - Ensures project standards and procedures exist are fully clearly documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle. - Gathers metrics related to the cost, effort and milestones of IT Quality activities. Maintains and creates reports on quality metrics. - Documents findings and performs preliminary root causes analyses to provide recommended improvements. - Management responsibility for a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval. - Requires sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information. - Exhibits good understanding of procedures and concepts within own area and a basic knowledge of other areas. - Requires a basic understanding of how area integrates within IT Quality. - Performs other duties and functions as assigned. **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Organized and able to deliver in multiple projects in the stream. - Demonstrated analytical skills, methodical, attention to detail - Basic to intermediate level experience in an IT Quality role with previous people management experience **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience Esta y todas las ofertas de Citigroup Chile Servises SPA se encuentran bajo el marco de la Ley N°21.015 que incentiva la inclusión de personas en situación de discapacidad al mundo laboral. - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Technology Quality - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
