**Overview**

Implement and support a managed‑service GenAI chatbot on AWS. Build with **CDK (TypeScript only)** and **React** against a reference architecture. Work under periodic reviews from a Staff/Architect. Ship a simple, secure v1. Scale later.

**Responsibilities**

**Cloud & IaC**
- Define and provision **IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB** using **AWS CDK (TypeScript)**.
- Maintain **Dev + Prod** environments. Add **QA/UAT** in a later phase.
- Manage secrets, encryption (KMS), and least‑privilege IAM with provided patterns.

**GenAI**
- Use **Amazon Bedrock** and **Knowledge Bases** (managed retrieval).
- Configure prompt templates and relevance settings. No custom **OpenSearch** in v1.

**Front‑End**
- Build a basic **React** UI for the chatbot.
- Implement **Cognito** auth with **Entra ID** federation (OIDC/SAML) using standard flows.

**CI/CD & Ops**
- Create a single **GitHub Actions** pipeline (Dev→Prod) with manual approval and rollback.
- Document runbooks, ADRs, and release notes in English.

**Collaboration**
- Participate in technical reviews with the Staff/Architect.
- Communicate status and risks clearly to US stakeholders.

**Examples of Work (typical deliverables)**
- CDK stacks for API Gateway + Lambda + S3 + DynamoDB with least‑privilege policies.Cognito + Entra ID SSO working end‑to‑end.
- Bedrock Knowledge Base pulling from S3 docs; prompt templates checked in.
- GitHub Actions workflow: build, test, Dev deploy, manual approval, Prod deploy, rollback step.
- CloudWatch alarms for latency, 5xx, throttles, and basic cost metrics.
- Short runbook for deploy/rollback and incident steps.

**Requirements**:

- **2-4 years** of professional AWS or cloud development.
- **TypeScript** and **AWS CDK** hands‑on experience.
- **React** fundamentals and API integration.
- GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD.
- English **B2+** (C1 preferred) for written and verbal communication.
- Based in **Chile** with daily US overlap.

**Preferred**
- Exposure to **Amazon Bedrock**, **RAG** concepts, and prompt design.
- Basics in **OpenSearch**, **Splunk**, or **SecureWorks** (assistive level is fine).
- Experience with **Entra ID (SSO)** and enterprise identity flows.
