As a People and Talent Advisor at Techspert in the People Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our globally based employees in fostering a positive, productive work environment. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support on various people-related matters to ensure our team members feel valued and supported.

Some of the key areas are:

- Lead on our recruitment process including - screening, collaborating with leaders and supporting onboarding activities
- You'll take ownership of People Operations across the entire employee lifecycle, using your expertise to be the go-to person for questions and issues
- Lead People contact for our global team including Chile and US
- Collaborating with the wider People team to ensure timely execution of our global pay-cycles
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues (utilising your strong Chilean Labour Law knowledge) and conflicts
- Manage our HRIS (we use BambooHR)
- Collaborate with the wider people team on topics such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employee well-being
- Work closely with Global People Director and wider People team to implement initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention
- Provide advice and assistance to employees on Chilean based HR policies and procedures, whilst maintaining a people first approach

About you:

- 4+ years of experience in HR or people-related roles
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter coupled with strong direct recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of Chilean labour law knowledge
- HRIS experience (don't worry if you don't have BambooHR experience, you'll be trained)
- Demonstratable knowledge of Chilean HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ideally to have had experience in a scaling organisation
