En AEROSAN nos encontramos en búsqueda de nuestro(a) próximo(a) **Customer Service** para incorporarse a nuestro equipo del área Comercial en la comuna de Pudahuel.
El cargo busca Apoyar y preparar el proceso de atención de requerimientos de información y manejo de carga solicitados por los clientes para lograr nível de satisfacción establecidos en SLA.
Dentro de sus funciones, realizará:
- Ejecutar el seguimiento a los requerimientos solicitados por el cliente.
- Apoyar las actividades comerciales de acercamiento de clientes.
- Ordenar la documentación relevante a sus actividades.
- Entre otros.
Requisitos para el cargo:
- Deseable técnico en Comercio Exterior y/o carreras administrativas.
- Experiência entre 1 a 2 años en cargos similares
- Conocimientos en Atención al Cliente
