**About the Role**
Your responsibilities will include:
- ** Expert Sourcing and Onboarding**: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.
- **Understanding Client Needs**: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.
- **Adaptability**: Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.
- **Client Excellence**: Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
**Profiles We Are Seeking**
**What We Offer**
- Gross Salary of $1.500.000 CLP (Amount is “Bruto”. The “Liquido” will depend on your health insurance and pension fund)
- Monthly performance-based bonus of up to $800.000. Final amount will depend on performance output. (Can be higher or lower)
