- The Business Development team at Shopee is very dynamic and energetic. We are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.**Main responsibilities**:

- Ideate and implement initiatives to grow sales performance of marketplace sellers
- Curate products, define campaign mechanics, and optimise exposure to ultimately improve the quality of our offering to buyers
- Cross-function coordination with Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure smooth implementation and achievement of targets
- Develop dashboards and tools to monitor performance and guide decision-making
- Develop proposals, projections and analysis for senior management

**Requirements**:
**What do we expect from you?**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Bilingual in Spanish and English to work with local and overseas teams. English will be the primary working language
- Ability to work with large data-sets and numbers; Excel analysis necessary
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and problem-solving
- Experienced in project management and working with multiple stakeholders
- Previous eCommerce or Marketplace working experience in business development or planning (Bonus)
- Previous working experience in strategy / management consulting (Bonus)
