**ABOUT THE JOB**

We want to incorporate a **Competitiveness and Innovation Consultant** to participate in developing consulting activities in innovation and competitiveness projects, contributing their knowledge and experience to provide high quality services, which are at the frontier of knowledge in the areas of development. territorial, diagnostics and sectoral and value chain strengthening, open innovation, knowledge management and/or internationalization of companies, preferably with orientation towards low carbon economies, digital economy and ICT.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have studied Architecture, Construction Engineering, Civil Construction or Technical Drawing.
- You have studied Civil Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar
- Accounts with Specialization/master's degree in areas related to the position.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting firms, public/private entities in the field of innovation, innovation management, development of innovative business models, innovation culture, competitiveness, sector development, technological roadmaps, business experiments or similar.
- You have knowledge in:

- Methodologies for innovation and creativity (Design thinking, Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, Design Sprint, others).
- Innovation management, open innovation, culture of innovation, digital transformation and/or sustainability
- Innovation management, open innovation, innovation culture, implementation of processes for technological improvement and competitiveness in companies or public entities, training in the field of innovation, workshop revitalization, graphic design tools.
- Management of digital tools for facilitating workshops (Mural, Mentimeter, Trello, others).
- Capacity for teamwork and technical rigor.
- Autonomy and innovative mentality.
- Advanced English.
