**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- This is a full time consulting position (remote)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Demonstrate Technical Cloud Architectural knowledge
- Delivery of Cloud Strategies aligned with customer’s business objectives and with a focus on Cloud Migrations and App Modernization
- Design of client’s Cloud solutions with a focus on AWS
- Undertake short-term delivery engagements related to cloud architecture with a specific focus on AWS and Cloud Migrations/Modernization
- Implementation of AWS within in large regulated enterprise environments
- Nurture Cloud computing expertise internally and externally to drive Cloud Adoption
- Participate in performing Proof of Concept (POC) for various upcoming technologies to fit in business requirement
- Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to develop an overall implementation strategy and drive the solution, customization, and integration efforts.
- Contribute to driving architecture strategy to keep it aligned with the enterprise architecture.
- Establish technical standards, including SW coding standards, tools, and platforms
- Participate in planning and design events

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- AWS-based Cloud Architecture and migration skills and experience.
- Strong Experience across Applications Migration to Cloud, Cloud-native Architecture, Amazon EKS, Serverless (Lambda)
- Manage deployment of code components through a Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipeline
- Experience of any Docker/ Kubernetes/Lambda and AWS PaaS platforms
- Knowledge of infrastructure and security standards
- Experience in owning CI/CD pipelines and creating branching strategies including release tagging and versioning in Gitlab.
- Experience in designing and building microservices using AWS API Gateway, Kafka, Splunk
- Proficiency in scripting language: Bash/Python/Java
- Knowledge of VPC, Security Groups, Route53, CloudFront IaC: AWS CloudFormation or Terraform Infrastructure monitoring and log management with ELK/Datadog/Splunk or similar
- Experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins
- Experience in building CI/CD platform using AWS Code Deploy, Code Pipeline, Code Commit, etc.
- Command of the English language

**DESIRED SKILLS**
- 3+ year’s industry experience with AWS, CI/CD using git, Webhooks, Jenkins or similar tools
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative and make things happen
- Coordinate and Collaborate with other project teams and team members
- Strong consulting skills including interacting with and presenting to senior and technical stakeholders to gain buy-in
- Strong facilitation skills to ensure alignment to architectural vision and operating models
