We are looking to add Web Content Management support to our existing team for a US Index provider.

**Important responsibilities in this role will include**:

- Initial population of content for local microsites.
- Ongoing content management for the sites, including content organization and display.
- Posting and tagging content and documents.
- Performing QA testing and maintenance.
- Maintaining metadata to optimize search engine results.
- Posting content to websites for other regions‘ sites.
- Responding to ad hoc internal requests to add, remove, retag, and update/edit content.
- Track task status using PPM and JIRA project management tools.
- Launch Support
- Adding new index pages and tag indices to navigational/search tool categories.
- Posting and tagging related content and documents.
- Participating in weekly status meetings and coordinating with teams for site requirements.
- Securing final approvals prior to publication.
- Site Maintenance/Quality Assurance
- Maintaining documentation regarding internal content management system (CMS) processes.
- Running periodic reports and processes to review/retire site content and identify missing assets.
- Identifying and communicating needs for updates and enhancements to CMS platform.
- Resolving issues with CMS assets as needed, working with technical support.
- Proactively recommending adjustments to workflow/business processes to improve quality and/or efficiency.

**Skills we’re looking for**:

- Professional degree in Engineering (e.g.: Industrial, Computer, Commercial).
- 3 to 5 years’ experience working with web content management systems (e.g., dotCMS, JIRA, PPM, Crownpeak).
- Knowledge of or previous experience working with HTML.
- Knowledge of Excel: ability to use spreadsheets, tables, calculation, and automated tools.
- Knowledge of capital markets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
