**Misión del cargo**:
El/la Associate Client Services tiene como misión identificar, contactar y conectar a expertos de diversas industrias con clientes globales
**Funciones del cargo**:
Ejecutar búsquedas activas de expertos en LinkedIn y otras fuentes, aplicando técnicas de headhunting.
Realizar contacto directo con expertos vía teléfono, videollamadas o mensajería, persuadiendo y asegurando su participación en proyectos.
Evaluar el perfil del experto frente a los requerimientos del cliente (skills, experiência, idioma, fit con el proyecto).
Coordinar entrevistas de expertos con consultoras y corporativos internacionales, garantizando fluidez en inglés.
**Cumplir y superar KPIs diarios y mensuales**: llamadas, entrevistas agendadas, tiempos de respuesta y cierres.
Documentar de forma clara y precisa la información de los expertos en sistemas internos.
Colaborar con gerentes y equipo de selección en Chile y en el extranjero para cerrar posiciones en plazos ajustados.
Participar en procesos de onboarding y formación interna, aplicando buenas prácticas de comunicación intercultural.
**Requisitos**:
Inglés avanzado
