**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Specialist role with specific skills in Storage Services and to be able to deal with diferents ask of our customer and compliance of aggressive SLAs, scope increasing with new technologies. Responsible for the delivery of the customers and to acchive SLAs and to avoid any penalty. In addition he has to get a customer satisfaction.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Sistemas Operativos: Windows / Linux medio
Storage: Storwize, FlashSystem, SVC, DS8000 / NEATPP / DEll Emc Unity, VNX / Hitachi HUS, VSP, AMS / PureStorage / HP MSA. Nível de conocimiento medio o alto al menos en tres tecnologias.
SAN:BROCADE y CISCO. Nível de conocimiento medio/alto.
Capacidad de Autogestionarse en base a objetivos.
Buena comunicación, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, compromiso y responsabilidad para trabajo en modalidad remota.
Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos. (1 semana al mes al menos).
Conocimientos adicionales deseables: Software Administracion, Gestion de capacidades y reporting, para plataforma SAN/Storage, Brocade network Advisor, BNA, Spectrum Control, etc.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
University on going or degreed.
Certified on any technology of storage or SAN.
