As a **Financial** **Controller**, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing financial processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows, support strategic decision-making, and maintain the highest standards of financial integrity. **Key Responsibilities** - **Accounting & Financial reporting -** Ensure proper registry of transactions, prepare financial statements, analyze expenses, and manage Accounts Receivable. - **Treasury -** Project and estimate cash/funds requirements to comply with company's payment commitments and obligations. Manage US bank accounts. Manage Accounts Payables - **Tax and compliance** - Prepare and file tax returns (federal and state, etc, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. - **ERP & NetSuite Implementation -**Act as a key user in NetSuite implementation, ensuring seamless financial integration and reporting. **Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with finance, sales, and operations to ensure smooth financial workflows.** **What you bring** We´re looking for a detail-oriented professional who is ready to make an impact: - **Education**:B.A., B.S., or MBA in Finance, Accounting or related fields. - **Experience**:2+ years experience in financial operations, US taxes, banks and accounting, or a similar role. - **Technical Skills**:Strong knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting; experience with NetSuite ERP. - **Analytical Mindset**:Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for financial accuracy. - **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with cross-functional teams and leadership. - **Organization**:Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth financial operations. - **Attention to Detail**:High level of accuracy in financial reporting and transaction processing. **What is it like to work at Topsort?** - **Direct and Speedy**: We give candid feedback, push each other to set higher goals and produce more impact by always thinking "how do we do this faster and better" - **Embrace a Sports Team Mentality**: We are all helpful and collaborative internally.
