**Description**

We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.

**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Growth team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize our go-to-market systems, processes, and data infrastructure. You’ll leverage our CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce) and sales enablement technologies to ensure our revenue engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and with high data integrity. This position is ideal for someone who’s naturally curious, loves solving operational puzzles, and thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and business strategy.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support day-to-day CRM administration across HubSpot and Salesforce, including user support,
troubleshooting, and data management.
- Build and maintain automation workflows, lead routing logic, and lifecycle stage processes to improve funnel efficiency.
- Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that enable data-driven
decisions across the GTM organization.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to document and streamline cross-functional processes.
- Conduct data quality audits and implement best practices for deduplication, enrichment, and data
governance.
- Evaluate and integrate sales enablement tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, etc.) to improve rep productivity.
- Assist in scalable lead generation and territory management efforts.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing enablement to CRM users to ensure adoption and
consistency.
- 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role.
- Hands-on CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub)
and/or Salesforce.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy — you triple-check your work and take pride in clean, reliable data.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with comfort in creating pivot tables, formulas, and data
validations.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as HubSpot Reports, Salesforce Reports, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A background in data, finance, analytics, engineering, or mathematics is preferred but not required.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow within Revenue Operations.
