The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of BAT. Our Graduate Program helps you to develop outstanding skills - full of understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in.

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Strong financial analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration.
- Organized and multitasking.
**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- Graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related.
- Microsoft Excel Advanced, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- English advanced.
