To Quant in Chile we are now looking for a Payroll Analyst
**About the job**
The payroll analyst should be able to conduct the remuneration processes of the entire Organization and of the Contracts that it manages. Analyze the information extracted from the processes and ensure the quality and efficiency of these, in addition to complying with the Company's Internal Policy, Labor Legislation and collective bargaining agreements in force.
- Efficiently manage and provide support in HR Management Processes, mainly focused on Compensation, without prejudice to support in Recruitment, Hiring, Organizational Development and Welfare.
- Support the implementation of HR systems for process automation.
- Coordinate and execute technical compensation processes.
- Organize and manage the technical processes of recruitment, preparation of payroll for the payment of remuneration, bonuses, allowances, Christmas bonus, benefits and compensation of workers.
- Responsible for local legal compliance and current collective bargaining agreements, with the support of the internal legal area.
- Support in the administration of attendance when required, leaves, medical leaves and other technical processes of the personnel system.
- Organize, update and safeguard the company's personnel registry and folders.
- Coordinate, together with the Welfare Analyst, actions of administration and diffusion of benefits for employees, management with CCAF, agreements, health insurance, loans, etc.
- Maintain advisory relationships with the different units in aspects related to HR administration and development.
- Maintain HR database in order to advise the different areas of the organization.
**Qualifications**
- Technician in Human Resources or Administration, or related professional with experience in the areas of Human Resources, especially in Remunerations.
**Knowledge and Experience**
- 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Practical knowledge of human resources in Remuneration processes.
- Knowledge of MS Office, with advanced level of Excel.
- Knowledge of current labor regulations.
- ERP's management, especially in Remuneration modules.
